Summary:A lid locking type food dustbin having compaction device is provided to open the lid even though a platen of a pressurization unit descends and pressurizes food waste and by being equipped with the pressurization unit draining the waste water included in the food waste. A lid locking type food dustbin having compaction device comprises as the follows. A main body in which a hinge shaft is formed in backplane and formed with a contain space. An inner shell equipped with a plurality of exhaust grooves formed in a lower part and installed in the contain space. A lid in which a blind angle hollow in which two part is made of the call shape and installed at the main body is equipped in center(30). A locking unit consists of a locking protrusion protruded in both sides of the lid and a locking member in which a groove in which the locking protrusion passes is equipped. A handle is respectively fixed at the both end part in the locking member. The pressurization unit pressurizes the food admitted to the inner shell.
