Summary:An OFDM transmitter, an OFDM receiver, and an OFDM transceiver are provided to improve reliability of data by repeatedly transforming important data in the transmitter and extracting a packet in the receiver based on a predetermined data importance. An OFDM transmitter comprises a symbol mapping unit(120), a diversity encoder(130), a multiplexer(140), and an IFFT unit(150). The symbol mapping unit performs mapping of bit data comprised in a bit data packet to a predetermined sub-carrier symbol for a unit having a predetermined bit number, and distinguishes a first packet and a second packet comprised in the symbol packet according to a predetermined data importance. The diversity encoder repeatedly assigns the distinguished first packet to a predetermined symbol restructuring packet at least two times according to a repetition assigning number. The multiplexer assigns the first packet to a non-assigned region of the symbol restructuring packet. The IFFT unit performs an IFFT of the symbol restructuring packet and converts the symbol restructuring packet in a frequency domain to the symbol restructuring packet in a time domain.
