A plotter capable of printing an image on a rotating body is provided to print any image without limitation, and to be commonly used for the rotating bodies with various cross sectional shapes. A plotter includes a base(100), a table(110), a head stock(120), a tail stock(140), and a head(180). The table is installed on the base. The head stock is fixed at one side of the table and has a chuck(130) to rotatably fix one side of a rotating body(10) and a driving unit to drive the chuck. The tail stock has a rotation supporting member(150) to support the other side of the rotating body. The head is fixed on the table, linearly moves between the head stock and the tail stock, and moves back and forth with respect to the rotational axis of the head stock in the radial direction.
