Summary:An apparatus and a method for measuring a distance by using a location determination point are provided to measure a transmit distance accurately by correcting a transmit distance amount due to the location determination point error through a Bezier center point. A location determination point according to a transferring path is measured(S210). Bezier center point is measured by using the determined point(S220). The distance of the transferring path is measured by using the Berzier center point(S230). A Berzier curve of a polygon constituted with a plurality of measured points is measured to measure the Berzier center point.
