Abstract A combination twist structure of a superconductive cable is provided to reduce an outer circumference of the superconductive cable by removing an absorption space. A combination twist structure of a superconductive cable(10) includes a plurality of cable cores(12). The plurality of cable cores are combined and arranged to be closely contacted to each other. The twist direction of the combined cable cores is regularly changed to an opposite direction in a regular cycle(C). In case of heat-contraction, the twist is partially loosened and the contraction of core length is absorbed to reduce the outer diameter of the superconductive cable. The twist angle of the combined cable cores is 2 to 10 degrees.
