Summary:A method for certifying safety and a recording medium storing a program for executing the same are provided to safely certify a webpage while protecting certification information from malicious programs. Master certification is provided to through master certification information for uniquely identifying a user. Monitoring for a certification form of the webpage is provided. Search for actual webpage certification information corresponding to the webpage is provided if the certification form is detected. The certification for the webpage is provided as pseudo webpage certification information(S180). The actual webpage certification information matched with the webpage is provided by hooking a certification trial to the pseudo webpage certification information(S200).
