Abstract | PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a protection sheet having an excellent electric characteristic for electrical work using chlorinated polyethylene as a base by processing an inorganic component of a filler etc., beforehand by a specified substance. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of a 100 weight part of a polymer component composed of a 50-100 weight percent of chlorinated polyethlene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and/or a 50-0 weight percent of ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer, and a 5-40 weight parts of a filler (except titanium oxide) and a 4-20 weight parts of titanium oxide is treated beforehand by paraffin chloride, and then a pigment mixture component composed by adding organic pigment to the mixture and a 0.5-5 weight parts of hydrocerussite are blended. The surface layer of an inorganic particle is coating treated with paraffin chloride made to be added and dispersed in pre-treating by the filler and inorganic paraffin chloride such as titanium oxide etc. This makes it possible to improve a dispersion property of an addition agent and variation of an electric property of products. |
