Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a nonrigid vinyl chloride polymer composition, having surface glossiness and excellent processability, by blending a specific vinyl chloride polymer with specific copolymer of methyl methacrylate and an alkyl acrylate and plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride polymer composition obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride polymer having 400-1,000, preferably 500-800 average polymerization degree with (B) 1-20pts.wt., preferably 10-20pts.wt. copolymer of methyl methacrylate and a 1-5C alkyl acrylate having 400,000-1,000,000, preferably 500,000-800,000 viscosity-average molecular weight and 60-90 deg.C, preferably 70-80 deg.C glass transition point and (C) 20-150pts.wt. plasticizer, e.g. phthalic acid ester based or trimellitic acid ester based plasticizer, and, as necessary, adding a stabilizer, ultraviolet ray absorber, antioxidant, etc., stirring, mixing and melt kneading the resultant blend.
