Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the title inexpensive composition which can give a molding having low surface stickiness, a soft feeling and excellent appearance and strength, and being suited for automobile interior trims, by mixing a vinyl chloride homopolymer of an average degree of polymerization in a specified range with a plasticizer for vinyl chloride resin and a chemical blowing agent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride homopolymer of an average degree of polymerization of 800-2,000, obtained by, preferably, a suspension polymeriza tion process, is mixed with 80-140pts.wt. plasticizer for vinyl chloride resin, such as a phthalate, trimellitate, linear alcohol, polyester or adipate plasticizer, 0.03-0.6pt.wt. heat-decomposable chemical blowing agent such as azodi carbonamide or azobisisobutyronitrile and, optionally, 2.0-3.0pts.wt. stabilizer such as a metal soap, a Ba/Zn organic complex stabilizer, or an organotin stabilizer, etc.
