PURPOSE:To decrease the stain on a cleaner and to surely transmit motive power to the cleaner by permitting the cleaner to rotate only when a cover is closed and also forming an eccentric shaft part at the lower end of a gear shaft to put this shaft part rotatably onto a boss on a main body case. CONSTITUTION:A cleaner 12 is permitted to rotate only when a cover 2 is closed and therefore a disk 3 can be handled safely when the cover 2 is kept open. Furthermore, the cleaner 12 is attached at the side of the cover 2 and therefore scarcely affected by dust. While an eccentric shaft part 26a formed at the lower end of a drive gear shaft 26 is put rotatably into a boss 25 on a main body case 1 and then fixed onto a swivel lock. Thus it is possible to simply control in order to secure coincidence between the center of the gear 10 and that of an input gear 16 by giving eccentric revolution to the shaft 26. Then the motive power can be surely transmitted to the cleaner 12.
