Abstract | PURPOSE:To permit the economical designing of a condensate pump and installation level as in the ordinary operation of an ordinary plant by controlling a condensed water level control valve according to the flow rate of the low pressure bypass poured water and keeping the discharge flow rate of the condensate pump below a rated value. CONSTITUTION:In the turbine bypass operation through the cut-off of the load, if a low pressure bypass valve 21 is opened, a water pouring valve 25 is opened by the signal of a pressure detector 27. The water pouring valve 25 is controlled also by a flow rate detector 28. Further, the signal of the flow rate detector 28 is converted to the control signal of a condenser water level adjusting valve 14, and set to the higher level by the condenser water level detection signal, and control for the condenser water level adjusting valve 14 is performed. Since the condenser water level adjusting valve 14 is throttled according to the flow rate of the poured water, the discharge quantity of a condensate pump 13 is controlled within a rated value. Therefore, the economical designing of the condensate pump during the normal operation is permitted, and also the installation level of the condensed water pump can be set equal to that of the ordinary plant. |
