Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide a safe work environment without increasing an installation cost and to enhance the working efficiency of attachment of a jaw casting for a stacking frame in a container ship, by preparing a plurality of attaching position checking jigs and an on-board space checking jigs. CONSTITUTION:Six on-stool checking jigs 11 are planted in position. Then, towers 04 are horizontally laid on a stool 12 in the parts between the jigs 11. Further, a casting 06 is set to the towers 04 in position. A slide rod 14 of each jig 16 is horizontally slid to be inserted into a vertical groove 06d to check the attaching position, and then the casting 06 is welded to the associated tower 04. Finally, an on-board space checking jig 15 having a predetermined length and having gage plates 15a projected from the front and rear ends thereof, is set such that the gage plates 15a are inserted into the vertical grooves 06d carried on the towers 04 to check the longitudinal space of the casting. Accordingly, the installation cost of the casting is cheap, and the attaching work thereof is safe while the working ability may be enhanced. |
