PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (R is acyl) or a salt thereof is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III or a salt thereof in the presence of an enolizing agent, e.g. stannous trifluoromethanesulfonate, etc., in a solvent, e.g. THF, etc., to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I, etc.
