Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide strong fixation without generating slip, by constituting the fixing means of a torque sensor single body to a shaft to be measured of a wedge-shaped taper ring and constituting a split so as to be capable of drilling the same in the taper ring. CONSTITUTION:In order to fix a torque sensor 10 to a shaft 14 to be measured, the shaft 14 to be measured is passed through the inner hole 16 of a cylindrical member at first to be inserted in the cylindrical member. Thereafter, a taper ring 34 is externally fitted to the shaft to be measured to be inserted in the recessed part provided to the circumference of a cylindrical member taper part 20 and, succeedingly, a tightening ring 36 is externally fitted to the shaft to be measured to be engaged with a screw groove 32. At this time, if a tool 82 is used and rotated in such a state that the projection 84 of the tool is inserted in the tool hole 38 on the tightening ring 36, the tightening ring 36 can be easily tightened. As a result, the taper ring 34 is pressed by the tightening ring 36 to be penetrated in the inner narrow part of a recessed part and the cylindrical member taper part 20 is pressed to the shaft to be measured by wedge action and, therefore, the cylindrical member 12 is strongly fixed to the shaft to be measured without generating slip. |
