Abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain an affinitive adsorbent for affinity chromatography purpose, which is applicable to the detection and purification of oxygen, by combining a ligand adenosine monophosphate with a support at a specific position of ribose. CONSTITUTION:As an affinitive adsorbent for affinity chromatography purpose, a substance obtained by combining a ligand adesnosine monophosphate with a support at positions 2'-C and 3'-C of ribose is used. The adsorbent is widely applicable to the detection and purification of various oxygen species capable of combining with adenosine monophosphate, e.g., ribonuclease u2, ribonuclease T2, etc. |
