Summary:PURPOSE:To be able to form freely heat transfer paths with various different shapes and obtain easily heat transfer bodies with complicated forms or flexibility by forming a continuous heat transfer path which is composed of a number of heat balloons which have no directivity and are arranged in close contact and also changing their arranged forms in close contact. CONSTITUTION:A heat balloon 1 is formed as a hollow spherical body 2 which is made of glass and in a vacuum inside and into which an adequate amount of heat medium 3 is sealed. This balloon 1 has a diameter of 0.1mm-10mm and is formed within a range where surface tension acts effectively and a large number of these balloons are gathered in close contact to form a continuous heat transfer path. That is, for example, a heat transfer space 7 between an electronic component 5 for heat generation placed above a print base plate 4 and heat sinks 6 for heat radiation is filled with the balloons 1 and adjacent balloons are joined together with adhesive 8. Further, for example, a large number of the balloons 1 in close contact condition are buried inside a flexible sheet 9 to constitute a heat transfer sheet and a sheet having heat transfer function by placing a heating part at one end of the sheet and a radiating part at the other end is provided.
