Summary:PURPOSE:To control efficiently the required minimum cooling capability without relying on a temperature sensor by estimating a heat from an electronic equipment from the operation mode of the electronic equipment recognized by a controller and adjusting the cooling capability of the cooler depending on the estimation. CONSTITUTION:The required cooling capability is obtained from the operation mode of the electronic device (e.g., constitution control information of computer). Control information is sent from the controller 2 and a cooling control circuit 3 controls the number of revolutions of cooling fans 42, 43 based on the information. The control of the number of revolutions is realized easily by changing the drive voltage to a fan motor. The heat dissipation capability of a radiator 41 is adjusted by changing the number of revolutions of the cooling fans 42, 43 and the cooling capability of the cooling water is adjusted.
