Abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled low-m.p. composition having excellent visible light transmissivity, which is emitted by the irradiation of UV rays and usable for a display by incorporating a phosphor into glass for coating consisting of P2O5, RO, R2'O, TiO2, B2O3, Al2O3 and F in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:To low-m.p. coating glass consisting of, by mol, 20-25% P2O5, 15-55% RO (R is Ca, Zn, Ba, Mg and Sr), 4-35% R2'O (R' is Li, Na, K and Cs), 0-20% TiO2, 0-20% B2O3, 0-20% Al2O3 and 0-18% F2, 1-30wt% phosphor (based on the coating glass) of Ca10(PO4)6FCl:Sb, Mn, Y2SiO5:Ce, Tb, ZnS:Cu, etc., is added and mixed when a paint is prepared. Then the composition is coated on a base material which is deformed and whose strength is decreased at high temps. such as a glass sheet and a slate sheet and baked and the material is utilized for a display, etc. |
