Summary:PURPOSE:To improve safety by stopping the laser output with a temporary stop command and resuming the laser output condition at the time of restart of travel. CONSTITUTION:The laser output command memory circuit 1 is provided with an auxiliary relay LO-S to memorize the laser output command. Closing a contact LAO in response to a laser output command actuates the auxiliary relay LO-S to keep the contact in LO-S(a1). If one of contacts SBK, OPS, PS and FS of a temporary stop command circuit 3 is opened during the actuation of the relay LO in a laser output command circuit 2, relay MS releases relay LO, thereby stopping the laser output. Closing contact CS in a operation resume command circuit 4 actuates a relay CS-S to restore the laser output to the condition before the stop, thus eliminating visual confirmation by operators and resulting in improvement in safety.
