Summary: | PURPOSE:To stabilize operation when two kinds of feed oils are alternately introduced into a heat exchanger, furnace and reactor in that order and hydrogenated, by controlling the quantity of feed oil bypassing the heat exchanger during switchover of the feed oil. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of feed oils, kerosine and heavy gas oil fractions, are alternately transferred by a pump 5 and subjected to hydrogenation through a heat exchanger 1, furnace 2 and rector 3 in that order. The produced oil is recovered after heat-exchange with the feed oil in the heat exchanger 1, wherein the outlet temp. of the furnace 2 is measured with a thermometer 6 and a valve 15 is operated on the basis of the measured value to control the quantity of a fuel supplied and to keep a constant outlet temp. In the switchover of the feed oil, the control system is isolated and the quantity by the feed oil bypassing the heat exchanger 1 and a fuel supply rate to the furnace 2 are adjusted to a predetermined value within a predetermined time, and then the control between the feed oil temp. and the fuel supply rate is restored. |
