PURPOSE:To eliminate a pressure difference in the vibrating direction by a magnetic fluid to a vibrating system, by constituting a titled device so that the end face in opposite side of a driving coil of a shaping material provided in bringing it into contact or contact roughly with both end faces of this driving coil is protruded to the outside of the magnetic fluid. CONSTITUTION:The first shaping material 6a and the second shaping material 6b are fixed to the end face of the vibrating system side of a driving coil 4, and the end face opposed to said end face of the driving coil 4, respectively, by making the mutual center axes coincide. Also, these first and second shaping materials are formed to such a size as their end faces 6'a, 6'b are both protruded to the outside of a magnetic air-gap 2. Therefore, the vibrating system does not receive at all a static pressure in the vibrating direction by a magnetic fluid 3 packed in the magnetic air-gap 2, and it is prevented that the driving coil 4 is displaced in the vibrating direction by a pressure difference of the static pressure in the vibrating direction by the magnetic fluid 3, when the vibrating system stands still or is vibrating.
