Abstract PURPOSE:To measure true specific gravity accurately in a short time by performing processes of metering, vacuum deaeration, temperature measurement, arithmetic, arithmetic result printing, etc., successively and automatically. CONSTITUTION:An information processing means M inputs information from an input means L, a metering result from a metering means A, and various pieces of information from a liquid level detecting means E, pressure sensing means I, and temperature measuring means J to output control signals to an injection control means D, pressure control means H, and mechanism replacing driving means K and also perform arithmetic. Further, a display and printing means N displays and prints only necessary information among processing results of the information processing means M. Then, a dispersion medium tank C, the injection control means D, and liquid level detecting means E constitute a dispersion medium injection mechanism B, and a vacuum pump G, the pressure control means H, and pressure sensing means I constitute a vacuum deaeration mechanism F.
