Abstract | PURPOSE:To make a means to separately transfer noncombustible matter needless, as well as to easily prevent dust, by providing an ash loading zone outside of a furnace, and by separating fluidized medium such as sand from noncombustible matter to be loaded to a motortruck in the ash loading zone. CONSTITUTION:A dust-proof wall 15 is provided in the outer side of the discharge end of a conveyor 2 to form an ash loading zone 30 specifically partitioned from a furnace 1. The dust-proof wall 15, located outside of a furnace 1, is constituted in such a manner that it stretches from the bottom to the above part of the furnace 1 to partition and form the ash loading zond 30 outside of the wall 15. The primary ash discharging conveyor 32 is provided to the discharge end 31 of a mechanical conveyor 2, extending to the ash loading zone 30 piercing through the dust-proof wall 15, to transfer fluidized medium containing incombustible matter. On the other hand, a separator 3 is provided to the discharge end 35 of the secondary ash discharge conveyor 34. A fluidized medium circulating passage 20, stretching to the fluidized medium inlet port 6 of a furnace 1 piercing through the dust-proof wall 15, is provided to the discharge side of a separator 3 for fluidized medium S. |
