Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a piezoelectric member at the time of assembling by fixing the piezoelectric member to a base part via an elastic supporting part. CONSTITUTION:An elastic supporting member 8 is implanted at the areas near both ends of a flat base 7 in its lengthwise direction respectively. A lead member 5 is electrically connected to the member 8 and then unified to the base 7 to be led outside. Then a piezoelectric member 3 is adhered with heat to the member 8 by using a conductive adhesive. In this case, the deformation of the member 3 is absorbed by the member 8. Then the junction area between the member 8 and the base 7 is formed airtight after putting a sealing housing 9 over the base 7.
