Abstract | PURPOSE:To improve acid resistance in etching operation by adding a copolymer of monoalkyl maleate/styrene and hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkylene group to a binder. CONSTITUTION:A binder consists essentially of (A) a copolymer of monoalkyl maleate having a <=8C alkyl group and styrene in 1:(1-3) molar ratio having 6,000-15,000 number average mol.wt., and (B) hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a <=4C alkylene group in an amt. of >=10wt% of the binder for forming a film. |
