PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (R is 5-membered or 6-membered ring containing 1-3 O, N or S) is reacted with a silver salt of an imide derivative shown by the formula III to give a compound shown by the formula IV, which is reacted with a chlorinating agent (e.g., methylene chloride, etc.).
