Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic bubble transfer lines effective for a magnetic substance having <1.5mum magnetic domain width by using transfer line period and a magnetic bubble transfer lines of which gap between transfer lines is specified times the magnetic domain width of a strip. CONSTITUTION:After coating the surface of a magnetic substance having 1mum magnetic domain width of the strip with 3,500Angstrom SiO2, a transfer line having a shape shown by the figure is formed by ''Permalloy '' having 3,500Angstrom film thickness. In this case, it is defined that the period of each transfer line is 8mum (>=8 times the strip magnetic domain width) and the gap between the transfer lines is 0.8mum (>=0.7 times the strip magnetic domain width) and far ultraviolet rays exposing technique is used for the formation of the transfer line pattern. Consequently, the gap between the transfer lines is increased and the magnetic bubble transfer lines effective for the magnetic substance having <1.5mum strip magnetic domain width can be obtained.
