Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate the check for arrival of new goods or the like to economize in man-hour considerably, by printing out results, which are obtained by referring to a file, in accordance with an inputted price look-up test code. CONSTITUTION:When a price look-up code is inputted from a keyboard 4 or a scanner 5 in the transaction mode, a controlling part 3 refers to an internal file 7 and outputs a goods name and a price to an upper controller 2 on a basis of this code. In the price look-up test mode, the goods name, the price, etc. are extracted. In this case, information of goods are outputted in accordance with price look-up codes by a printer 6.
