Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lump and granular material loading device wherein generation of dust is prevented, and a structure is simplified, a multi-step type tubular chute can be extended/contracted at relatively low cost. SOLUTION: Cement clinker discharged from a discharge part 12 in a lower part of a hopper 13 is loaded onto upper opened loading spaces 16A, 16B of a truck 15. Here, by a winch 25, while extending a multi-step tubular chute 24, its lower end is lowered down to the loading spaces 16A, 16B. Thereafter, when the discharge part 12 of the hopper 13 is opened, the cement clinker in the hopper 13 is dropped on the pallets 16A, 16B from the chute 24. At this time, even when the cement clinker discharged from the lower end of the chute 24 raises a large quantity of dust caused by a shock at the dropping time, since the periphery of the cement clinder is covered with the chute 24, clinker powder, etc., stuck on the surface of the cement clinker can be reduced in quantity to be scattered outside.
