Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the solder loading work within a narrow space to reduce the cost through reduction of working steps for assembling and replacement by electrically connecting and disconnecting a slip ring to a substrate within the drum via a connector. SOLUTION: A slip ring 21 is fitted removably in the same center with the upper end 5a of a drum shaft 5. A connector 52 is formed of a male connector pin 54 loaded vertically to a connector substrate 53 and a female cylindrical connector socket 55 loaded vertically to substrate 24 in the drum. A slip ring harness 52 extracted from a plurality of contact rings 21a of the slip ring 21 is formed of flexible line material and is then connected to a connector pin 54 via a soldering land 57 formed to a wiring pattern 56 on the connector substrate 53. Since the solder depositing work is unnecessary during the assembling and replacement of slip ring 21, any failure is never caused by deposition of flux gas on the surface of slip ring 21.
