PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sheet pipe with sufficient rigidity by using a corrugated board available at a low price. SOLUTION: For a corrugated board sheet pipe, a band material 7 made from a corrugated board on one side is wound at least twice with its flute portion 2 inside, an adhesive layer 5 is provided at the ridge line 4 of the flute portion 2 in a wound and superposed area to mutually adhere the superposed portions of the band material 7 and an overlapped area 6 beyond a winding start portion is provided somewhat at a winding end portion to trim the flute portion in the overlapped area 6 for adhering the back to the surface of the superposed band material 7.
