PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supplying device which can supply lubricating oil to sliding surfaces without bad influencing the processing accuracy. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil supplying device is equipped with a lubricating oil pump 1 to supply lubricating oil to the sliding surfaces 8 of a machine tool, an operation detecting part 3 to detect the machine tool operating situation and emit the obtained result, a time measuring part 4 to measure and emit the cumulative time of the processing operation of the numerical control machine tool from the actuated time of the pump 1 and the cumulative time for out of processing, a prohibition control part 2a which controls prohibition and execution of the pump 1 actuation on the basis of the output of the operation detecting part 3 and time measuring part 4, and a general control part 2b to give command about pump 1 actuation to the prohibition control part 2a on the basis of the output of the time measuring part 4.
