Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge only an arranged part without using a chopper by providing a part guide to correct arrangement failure of parts in a position separate from an inlet of a chute, in a part of a side wall of a ball feeder to move/ arrange the parts to/on the side wall side by rotary motion and vibration. SOLUTION: A ball feeder 1 which houses plural parts in a central part and moves/arranges the parts to/on the side wall 2 side by rotary motion and vibration, is provided, and the parts arranged along a side wall 2 are supplied outside from a chute 3. In this case, in a part guide 10 which is arranged in a part of the side wall 2 of the ball feeder 1 and corrects arrangement failure of the parts, a side surface fixing plate 11 to be fixed to the side surface 2 of the ball feeder 1 and a mold guide plate 12 to eliminate an overlap of a device 5 are integrally arranged. The mold guide plate 12 is formed in the shape of a step part 2B of the side wall 2, and is also formed in the shape of arranging a device 5 main body and a lead 6 in the normal direction, and a function of selecting a part having external appearance failure is imparted. |
