Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent compression breakage of the sleeve wall ends of upper and lower beam sides, and breakage of a beam, and execute earthquake resistance reinforcement in a short time by providing a sleeve wall on a column between upper and lower beams, making the sleeve wall in a separation state from the upper and lower beams, and burying earthquake resistant reinforcing material in the sleeve wall end. SOLUTION: A sleeve wall 3 is provided on a column 2 between upper and lower beams 1, the sleeve wall 3 is joined to the column 2, but made in a separation state from the upper and lower beams 1, and an earthquake resistant reinforcing material 4 is buried in the beam side end of the sleeve wall 3. The earthquake resistant reinforcing material 4 is made by filling the inside of a cylinder of a vertically adhering a spiral reinforcing bar with a solidification material such as high strength mortar and a plate is provided on the bottom part, the reinforcing material is disposed in the stirrup of the end of the sleeve wall 3. Since the earthquake resistant reinforcing material 4 is superior in compression strength and compression toughness, the compression breakage of the end of the sleeve wall 3 is prevented by the earthquake reinforcing material 4 to improve the strength and toughness of the column 2 with the sleeve wall and the breakage of the upper and lower beams can be prevented even if excessive load acts on a building. |
