Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace device which can efficiently recover sensible heat hard to be recovered by a conventional means such as a recuperator and can efficiently transfer the sensible heat to a billet. SOLUTION: The heating furnace device is provided with at least one heating furnace 1, at least one preheating furnace 4 which is installed separately from the heating furnace 1 and is used for preheating the billet to be charged into the heating furnace 1 and a heat recovering apparatus 2 which extracts a part or whole of an exhaust gas discharged from the heating furnace 1 to recover heat and to raise pressure thereof. The exhaust gas pressure of which is raised by the heat recovering apparatus 2, is supplied to the preheating furnace 4 to preheat the billet. |
