Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive plate from being exposed from parting holes of a resin case. SOLUTION: This large current fuse 1 for an automobile is composed by forming fixing pins to retain a conductive plate 2 in a pair of molding dies and integarally molding a fuse 3 installed on the conductive plate, the conductive plate and a resin case 6. The conductive plate is so covered with a ceramic thin film 4 that the conductive plate is prevented from being exposed from the parting holes 7 of the fixing pins formed in the resin case to the outside air after the integral molding. The fuse 3 has a thin film corresponding to the conductive plate and thereby, the fuse is prevented from coming into contact with the outside air in a space 34 of the resin case facing to the fuse. |
