SOLUTION: In a mounting part structure for an air bag device wherein a lid 5 positioned and fixed to the opening 4 of a instrument panel 3 is locked and fixed to an air bag module 9 positioned and fixed to a body side member 11 with lid mounting hooks 20, 21 formed in the air bag module 9, the lid mounting hooks 20, 21 are formed into a shape almost facing along circles 39, 40 around a module mounting point 38 of the air bag module 9 to the body side member 11 to absorb the offset of a mounting angle.
