Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen display inputting device for accurately operating correction of a parallax by a touch input. SOLUTION: This screen display inputting device is provided with a touch sensor panel 2 of a touch panel device in front of a display screen 1 of a display device so that information can be displayed, and a handwritten input can be attained. Then, the direction and distance of the deviation of the position of the eyes of an operator from a prescribed reference point is detected by using an image from a camera device 3 for photographing the operator, and the direction and distance of the deviation of an image obtained by detecting the position of the eyes of the operator from a prescribed reference position is detected, and the information of a distance between the operator and a display screen is detected. Then, a correction value is read from a correction table according to the information, and a coordinates value inputted from the touch sensor panel is corrected. Thus, the correction of a parallax by the touch input can be accurately attained.
