PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a heat-sensitive stencil printing, and a heat- sensitive stencil printing master being excellent in a drilling property and a printing property, and especially in a drilling sensitivity in a low energy region, and a curl-resistance of a base paper. SOLUTION: This film is a polyester film comprising a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, and contains a terephthalic acid component and an isophthalic acid component as the dicarboxylic acid component, and contains an ethylene glycol component and 1,3-propylene glycol component as the glycol component. In this case, the crystallization melting peak which is measured by DSC is single.
