PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature rise of the inside of an image pickup part housing body and a turning base and to efficiently cool a cable run without enlarging the image pickup part housing body and the turning base. SOLUTION: While one end of a cooling air supply tube 102 for supplying cooling air to the inside of the image pickup part housing body 6 and one end of a cable 106 for image pickup signals are disposed inside the image pickup part housing body 6 through the internal space of a base 2 and the internal space of the turning base 4, the cooling air supply tube 102 exposed to the outside and a part of the cable 106 for the image pickup signals are covered with a flexible tube 112 communicated to the internal space of the turning base 4.
