Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently absorb radiation heat from a heating source, to shorten a heating time, to save heating energy, to enhance heat efficiency and to improve economy by forming the whole or a part of an external surface in a heater main body to be a white or a deep dark colored rough surface. SOLUTION: A pot 2 as a heater A is constituted of a pot main body 6 and a lid 3 placed on a flange part 5 which is formed in the peripheral part of an opening. In this case, the black or deep dark colored rough surface 10 is formed in the external surface of a side surface 4 which is a lower part from the flange part 5 and in the whole area of a bottom surface 9. The black or deep dark colored rough surface 10 is formed by finishing the front surface of a metallic material which constitutes the pot main body 6 by black or deep dark colored enamel 12, for example. Besides, the external surface of the pot main body 6 is made to be black or a deep dark color by using a material constituting the heater main body 1, which is black or a deep dark color itself, or covering the pot main body 6 by black or deep dark colored substance 11 with high fire and heat resistance. |
