Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the scratch of a machine wall surface or tip damage even when vibration occurs during machining. SOLUTION: A throwaway tip 10 is formed roughly in a hexagonal plate shape to be rotated symmetrically, and opposing cutters 15 are provided with a roughly angled first cutter 16 and second cutters 17a and 17b connected to both sides via a step part 18. The second cutter 17a is longer than the other second cutter 17b, a first nose part 20 is connected to the second cutter 17a and a second nose part 21 is connected to the other second cutter 17b. Regarding the first and second nose parts 20 and 21 connected to both ends of ridge line parts 22a and 22b, the first nose part 20 is protruded to the outside more by a distance (d). The chip 10 is attached to be nearly parallel to the rotational axis of a drill, and in the outer periphery of the cutter 15 protruded to the end side of the outer cutter tip the first nose part 20 is protruded from the ridge line part 22a and the second nose part 21.
