PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost fence attaching structure and fence attaching apparatus which can be easily assembled on site without a skilled worker, and can be easily attached firmly with excellent design. SOLUTION: A support 2 which has a longitudinal opening part 2b on a back side B and an internal space 2a vertically provided with a longitudinally orthogonal groove 2d on an inner wall face of the back B and a gate type T-bolt 3 having a seat face 3a provided with a tooth form 3d fitted in the groove 2d of the support 2 are temporarily fixed to each other. A clamp 5 and a pipe holding metal fitting 6 are temporarily fixed to the support 2 and a fence face member 1 through the gate type T-bolt 3, and the fence face member 1 is supported on the support 2 by mutually fastening the clamp 5 and the pipe holding metal fitting 6.
