Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture of cyan coloring matter for color-proof in order to approximate hue conformity of cyan SWOP color standards. SOLUTION: The cyan coloring matter donor element for transferring thermal coloring matter is constituted by incorporating a supporting body on which a coloring matter layer containing a mixture of cyan coloring matter dispersed in a polymer binder is provided. At least one of the cyan coloring matter is shown by the following formula (I), and at least one of the other coloring matter is shown by the following formula (II), (in the formulas, R , R , R , (m), R , R , R , R , R , R , Y, (n), R are specific group or number.).
