Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information communication system in which an application scope of a card type pager is greatly extended more than the case that the card type pager is singly in use. SOLUTION: A database 4 is used for a database that makes cross reference between an identification signal from an employee identification card 7 with pager and a private telephone set receiving the signal. The employee identification card 7 with pager is provided with a transmission section and each employee identification card 7 with pager sends each specific identification number in a very weak radio wave. When a call comes to a private telephone set for a possessor of the employee identification card 7 with pager, the database 4 is referenced to discriminate whether or not the possessor of the employee identification card 7 with pager takes its own seat, and when the possessor takes its own seat, the call is received and when the possessor is absent, a message denoting 'leaving seat' is informed to the caller. Or the call may be received by a nearby private telephone set of the employee identification card 7 with pager when the possessor is absent. |
