Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adhere each member even in a case where tightening force acting on a bolt is accurately controlled and the number of members is large when a beam is attached to a square steel pipe. SOLUTION: In the column and beam connection part structure, a plate-like backing strip 3, an H shape steel backing strip and a backing strip such as a bent plate bent at 90 deg. are disposed on the inside of a column 1 composed of a square steel pipe. A split tee attaching an end plate 7 or a beam 2 welded to the end of a beam is disposed in the outside of the column 1 and joined by a torque control bolt 4. On the torque control bolt 4, screw parts 4b, 4c different from the direction of screwing are formed on both the sides of a shaft part 4a, and furthermore, a breaking groove 4d and a pin tail 4e broken by prescribed twist force action are formed in succession to one screw part 4c.
