Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from being accidentally discharged at the time of a change in temperature or when a container drops in the container equipped with a liquid discharging pump having a push-down head with a discharge nozzle. SOLUTION: The liquid discharging pump 10 comprises an inner cap 11 to be attached to a neck of a container 1 and a push-down head 12 with a discharge nozzle locked on the inner cap 11, wherein a cylinder 13 and a piston 14 are provided in the inner cap 11, a suction valve 16 is provided as a check valve on a lower part of the cylinder 13, and a discharge valve 19 is provided on an upper part of the piston. In this case, a liquid sealing part 17 is provided on a liquid flow path between the suction valve 16 and a piston internal chamber 14a for shutting the liquid flow path in cooperation with the piston 14 when the piston 14 is positioned at an upper end of its vertically movable range.
