Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber composition which has excellent paintability and to which a coating paint firmly adheres, a process for producing the same, and a molding of the same. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by a process comprising impregnating an ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber with an aromatic unsaturated monomer and an unsaturated monomer having a polar functional group and then polymerizing the monomers under, melt kneading. The molding is obtained form the composition.
