Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for translating the will of an animal or the like, by which the precise appeal of a baby, a pet and a domestic animal are understandable, by comparing either or both of sound which the baby, the pen and the domestic animal utter or an operation video with data which are previously analyzed by animal behavior learning or the like and displaying it by a work or a display. SOLUTION: Sound which the baby, the pet 2 and the domestic animal utter is received and turned into a sound signal. The behavior of the animal or the like uttering sound is received as the video. Then, a video signal and the sound signal are compared 9 with data of sound and behavior, which are previously analyzed by animal behavior learning or the like, and either data are selected. Selected data are displayed by the word of the display 14.
