Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a frequency range of vibration for damping vibration with a simple structure by suppressing vibration of a frequency region lower than a resonance frequency set from a spring constant of a viscoelastic body and the mass of a weight. SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration reducer 100 is formed in such a constitution that a gel member 19 is formed in a plate shape having a penetrating hole 19a, a weight 15 is penetrated by a shaft 16 together with the gel member 19, and is fixed in a holder 18. A weight having a large mass can be installed easily on the dynamic vibration reducer 100. It is thus possible to sharply suppress vibration of a frequency region which is lower than a first resonance frequency f1 and which is higher than a second resonance frequency f2 decided from the spring constant of a viscoelastic body and the mass of the weight by using the dynamic vibration reducer 100 formed by fixing a pair of viscoelastic bodies and the weight arranged between them to the holder 18.
